Large animal seen swimming down the River Spree in heavily populated urban West Berlin, Germany. Did not appear to be in any distress. Wasn’t looking for a way out of the water. At first I thought: wild boar. But the head shape and behaviour seems more like a capybara, as implausible as that sounds.
