I have pored over the map for hours already and I can't figure out what is missing. To note: I know the shrine on eventide Island isn't activated. I've accounted for that one. I also have one incomplete DLC shrine, which is the currently active quest with the orange circle on it. I have 120 shrines completed, but that includes three completed from the DLC. So, with eventide and the final dlc one, I'm at 122. I've seen contradictory information on the exact number of orb-giving shrines, but it seems to be either 123 or 124. So I'm missing at least one. I even enlisted the help of my fiancee (who helped me find the final one I missed in ToTK), and he looked for nearly an hour til he gave up. TLDR: HALP!
