I am thinking about the metmo piston, but would love more recommendations.

I was thinking of getting the Lautie Choc and machanic c ring but herd those are loud.

I have bought a cheap slider and a cheap spinner but they were too loud!!

I'm now thinking of getting the Lautie choc and mechanic c ring, are they quiet, are they worth it???

Plz help
