Hi! I am just curious to know if all the preparation that I have been reading on this sub is really necessary.
I'd like to hear from Project Managers really working on the field with a couple of years of experience.
A little bit of my background, I used to be a PM back in the day in Mexico and then I moved to Canada, 2 years ago I got my CAPM with AT in all of the areas, I am now taking the PMP in a few weeks, I have been working on projects all this time, and also with the Governance team in terms of all the processes for the PMO. I feel like everyone says the PMP is more about the mindset and situational questions.
I mean I have seen the YouTube videos, Ricardo Vargas, etc.. but not sure if I should get the Study Hall practice exams.
Please let me know your experiences if you have aced the exam with little preparation, because you felt confident in your experience.
Thank you !!
