I will debate you on why sex and gender are the same thing
Title
The only "difference" (alleged) between sex and gender is that gender is who you identify as whereas sex is what actually is the case, objective and grounded in biology
If you are allowed to identify as whoever you want in this category, there is no reason why you cannot for other categories
You could have a homeless guy saying he is a millionaire, and expects to be treated like one.
You could have someone of one skin colour saying they are a different one.
You could have a fat person saying they are in shape.
But it's clearly delusional and absurdity.
