Question 1) I have a creature on field that has already met its prepared clause. If I create a token copy of it or have something enter as a copy of it, is it already prepared? or will it need to meet its own prepared clause?

Question 2) similar to one, I have a creature on field and it's already met its prepared clause. If I tap Niko to exile the creature and turn my shards into it, are the shard creatures prepared? or will they have to now meet whatever the clause was?

for clairfication by "met its prepared clause' I mean it's prepared and has not used whatever prepared spell is on the card.
