Death Stranding 2: On the Beach - looking for timer for pizza deliveries

I have found the world clock, I have found the VR missions timer, basically, I can find everything except the pizza order timer. Has anyone had any luck with it? I tried double, float, 4 and 8 byte. Unless maybe it is using a format that I am unable to think of... I tried searching for seconds only, minutes only. I just cannot find it.

I am having a unarc.dll error here (pic)

I have read thru the help on the website, I have tried everything suggested. I have renamed the folder, changed the amount of ram and cpu cores, redownloaded, redownloaded again (minus the optional content), verified that there is enough space on the drive (~400GB - game unpacked is 110GB), defrag is good. I'm not sure what else to try. Turned off antivirus. I may be forgetting more that I have tried. Yes, I have turned it off and on again.
