How does an M.B.B.S. graduate from Mumbai , wants to work at a remote PHC in Prayagraj to get to know the city better , apply for a post of medical officer at PHCs or Urban PHCs in Prayagraj? preferably under NHM ,

Usually these vacancies are published in newspapers and or circulated via whatsapp but since there is no reference, any guidance would be great.

Any leads on contract tenure and pay would be appreciated.
