Tried quitting multiple times over the past 3 years, after 17 years of smoking/vaping, I throw my elfbars in public bins on the way home from work just got go and buy more on the same evening/next morning.
Funny thing is when I've gone without it for a day or two before I've not really physically wanted to vape, I just hear my brain telling me to get one because it will be a miserable day in work without it, can anyone else relate to that?
