I make Minecraft shorts, and recently I have come across a channel that has been stealing my videos and adding "commentary." I mean just look at his channel: @clouzzashorts, its all he does! How on earth is this allowed on YouTube?
I have never been in a situation like this so I am not sure what to do. He does add "credits" but he has never once asked me for permission.
