Infant tried fresh salmon (hardly any would have been ingested) and this rash popped up along their side, with one singular clear hive on their back. We’re off to see an allergist but I’m terrified - fish and shellfish allergies seem to be so severe and lifelong!

Edit to add: can anyone share their experiences with a fish allergy diagnosed as an infant/young child?
