Ghost Galaxy Buds2 Pro won't disappear from SmartThings Find

Hey everyone,

I have a broken pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Since they are broken, I want to completely remove them from my SmartThings Find map because they keep cluttering my devices view.

My issue is that I've not find a "delete" or "remove" button anywhere in the SmartThings Find mobile app.

I've already tried the following:

  1. Unpaired them from my phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. Deleted them from the Galaxy Wearable app.
  3. Cleared cache and data for the SmartThings app and forced close it.
  4. Logged into my.smartthings.com/advanced and https://my.smartthings.com/advanced. Funnily enough, the Buds don't even show up under my registered devices cloud list there (only my Freestyle projector shows up). So on paper, they are NOT linked to my Samsung Account anymore.

Has anyone dealt with this endless loop?

Any help is appreciated!

¡Muchas gracias!

Best rental strategy as international student?

Hi everyone,

I am to Madrid this August for a Master's degree. I will be a full-time student, so I won't have a Spanish payroll, but I do have solid financial savings to back up my entire stay and my official university admission letter. My ideal budget is 750 to 900 euros per month, which I know can be quite difficult.

I am debating between two completely different housing strategies and would love some realistic feedback on which one makes more sense.

My first option is to book a mid-term rental (via Spotahome or HousingAnywhere) for just my first month to use as a base, and then look for a traditional, long-term apartment on the ground via Idealista. In this case, is it actually realistic to find a traditional landlord who will accept an international student with savings in just 30 days? I was researching and I don't know if it is effective or possible to offer to pay the annual cost of seguro de impago out of my own pocket, or if should I offer 3 to 6 months of rent upfront (which I understand is not legal)?

My second option would be to just book a place for the whole academic year directly through Spotahome or HousingAnywhere from the start. From what I've seen mid-term platforms are generally more expensive, but considering the extreme competition in Madrid, is it worth paying that additional just to secure a place for the whole year and avoid the lack of a local contract?

Any insights or tips from people who have been in this exact situation would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I'm writing to see if anyone is in a similar situation with UC3M's postgraduate admissions and can shed some light, because I'm running out of time.

I applied for a Master's at Carlos III a few months ago. In mid-March, I was notified that I was placed on the "Waitlist" and that my application would be re-evaluated along with the ones from the second evaluation period (which is supposed to close now in April). Today is April 30th, the portal was a bit unstable a while ago, but my status is still frozen as "Waitlist". I haven't received any email, neither an acceptance nor a rejection.

I just got accepted into my plan B, but they are asking me to pay a non-refundable reservation fee next week. I am on a strict budget and I can't afford to pay that deposit and then lose the money if UC3M says yes a few days later.

For those who applied in this second period in April or were on the waitlist: Has anyone received any official notification from UC3M today or recently? Also, based on past years' experiences, do you know if UC3M usually takes the first few days of May to update the portal after the April "deadline", especially considering the long weekend coming up in Spain?

Any experience or info would be super helpful to know if it's worth holding out a few more days or if I should just secure my spot at my other option. Thanks!
