Facing the issue for TCS BGC form.
On the final consent page, after entering details and clicking submit, I just get an empty red error bar and it doesn’t proceed to document upload.

Even “Save Progress” isn’t working—nothing updates. I’ve already filled all fields (including optional ones), tried different browsers, incognito, cache clear, and re-login, but no luck.

Anyone from Digital role faced this and found a fix, or did TCS resolve it from their side? Would really appreciate any working solution.
