Hi there. I’m in focus with upcoming final due date for deliverables coming this Monday 4/27. I also just got an offer for a new job outside of Amz that I plan to take. If I fail focus, how long is it typically between failure > pivot/severance conversation. i.e. Might I be able to time this out to take severance and then start my new job in the coming weeks or is that wishful thinking?
