Anybody else that gets bad insomnia from fermented foods?

Fermented foods cause bad insomnia, I’m certain about this, I’ve tried it many times, mostly on weekends. Is there any way to bypass this issue? Even vitamins derived from it, like K2 and K9, cause the same problem. Because of this, I can only take vitamin D without K, although that’s generally not recommended. Any help would be appreciated 😉
