Plan to upgrade from a 2017 ford focus se, this car has had 2 previous owners, clean title, no accidents, and has an I4 engine, is there any concerns to be had with this car, I’m mostly worried about oil burn with these engines. Thank you.

I understand that the first generation Venza’s with v4 engines (2009-2015) were prone to oil consumption, but I would like to know if this ever improved after the refresh, I’ve read that the 2014 and 2015 models are the best years of the first generation and that v4 engines are less prone to oil burn, is that true?

Shopping around for Venza’s for my mom who’s interested in one and I just want to make sure she had something that will give her the least amount of problems possible, wouldn’t want her to deal with oil burning issues.

Update: just realized I’ve been saying v4 instead of i4, I mean i4 lol, thank you!

Is this car a good choice? I’m searching for a car for my mom and she been interested in Venza’s, this one has 143,572 miles, it’s a 2011 V6 model, it has a clean title and only 1 owner. Apparently everything is in good condition as well. Is there any concerns I should be aware of by this cars mileage and age. Price is 9,995. I do want to try to negotiate this though.
