My wife bought this at a thrift store about 5 years ago. She always thought it was silver but im not sure. Cant tell from the hallmarks though.

Hallmarks are what appears to be 18 with a roof in a hexagon and a star in a ring. Stones are not glass, but not sure what they are. I suspect its gold since its very heavy for its size and it weighs about the same or more as some other similar size gold rings she has.
