I am a final year student. Appeared in gate with complete syllabus but less questions practice, 26XX rank.

So, started preparing for IIITH PGEE exam from last week of February with revision & GATE pyqs practice. Appeared for PGEE exam 2 days earlier(2nd May) & i think i have made it.

Now, i am in big dilemma. Should I join it or take a year drop for next year GATE (considering fees, campus life, IIT tag, one drop year value) ? Also, i checked out 2026 batch IIIT H students LinkedIn, why they have NOT put any internship or job experience? Are they NOT placed or they just haven't updated their LinkedIn profile?

However, 2025 batch people's LinkedIn have updated job profile & its good.
