Tips on how to lose weight?
I've been eating less and working out more (Youtube cardio videos, running(in place lol), pilates) but it's extremely hard to get pounds off but extremely easy to gain which is really discouraging. I slacked for like two non-consecutive weeks and have gained like 10+ pounds. I feel like no matter what i do I'm just gonna stay fat. For reference i'm 5'3 ½ and 167 although im not too sure how accurate my at home scale is
