Hi! Printer is Ender 3 V3 KE

I need help with what I need to do with this

I was printing, then suddenly, the nozzle fell to the plate, so I stopped the print and I checked the nozzle

The screws fell out, and it wont stick to the screw holes anymore.

At first it was jusst one screw, and it has been working with only one screw for atleast a few months. I guess it's given up now.

1. What are these parts called? So I can order them if ever
2. Do I really need to replace the parts since it seems like the thread is also already loose with the silver metal cooler thing
3. What other fixes can I do to fix it up?
