Resin printing looks dirty after wash

Hi everyone! I just received the 3D-printed keycaps that I ordered from JLCPCB. This is my first time using resin prints, and I chose to print with JLC Black Resin. When I received them, they had some sort of oil on them. When I asked the support team, they said it was mineral oil. I washed them with soap and water, but after they dried, some of the keycaps had a dirty, oily look, while others maintained a nice matte finish.

Why did this happen? Did I do something wrong by washing them with soap and water?
