I had DJS 4 months ago and up until recently, I have liked what I see in the mirror. It wasn't until I got my new passport picture that I saw that wow, something's going on here. Then I started taking photos and flip them (no mirror effect), and I feel like my right side looks so off. I also have a deviated nose which I need surgery for.
But I kinda feel like my right jaw shape is different, and sticks out more, while the left side looks just like before the surgery. The left side also feels more healed in general, while the right side still has numbness and feels more sensitive when I touch different parts of the face there. Bite is good.
Is there any chance that it can change still? Or will I have to live with looking this unsymmetric? My profile has improved, but my front was way more symmetric pre op..
It's really hard to tell if it's swelled too, because the surgeon told me early (like 2-3 weeks post op), that I had much less swelling than what he's used to.
