I had been to about six boutiques before I said yes to my dress. I was looking for something either with lace & detail or something that was clean & classic and although I think the dress I got is beautiful, the large stripe across the corset and the fact u can see my belly button really bothers me. (The belly button thing has been consistently shown even in the models). I tried contacting the owner of the bridal boutique the very next day for potential cancellation and refund, but she was unable to do so, so I just tried to accept that the dress was my wedding gown.
However, it’s now been a few months and I can’t seem to shake the idea that I should still keep looking for my dream dress… And maybe sell this dress that I originally bought?? However, do you think maybe I should just ask the designer to remove the large stripe across the bodice? Does Justin Alexander even do that? The first couple pictures or is the dress that I bought (Hayden by justin Alexander) the dress is beautiful…I just don’t know if it’s MY dream dress. Any suggestions are appreciated
