My sleep number mattress has a slow leak. I made a very useful macro to readjust the firmness while I'm away. When I moved my instance from rasp pi to pc, I now need to log in to the sleep number integration every day. Before it was like a week. I'm disheartened.

This P1S has been running like a tank for the couple years I've had it with very little maintenance. The Z axis had been creaking a little, so I applied some of the bambu grease to the Z rods. Now, it fails homing on Z every single time. I've been in contact with bambu support but we seem to be having a heck of a time finding the problem.
Things I have tried:
Clean Z rods
Reapply grease
Loosen and move the heat bed to the front
Replace the hotend assembly
Check the z belt on the underside of the printer
Loosen the ams hub mounting screws
Check bearings and the places where the plate interfaces with the z screws
It just so happened that during the initial greasing fiasco the head moved out from the purge chute and caught on something and whacked itself pretty good. At the same time the bed kinda tried to go past it's limit at the bottom and there was a little grinding noise, both of which have happened before. The front left z screw is freely slapping around in it's top bearing. Bambu support said this is normal.
Attached is a video of z homing failing
