I have had HS for 33 years and have never experienced a cyst like this. It’s on my left hip , huge,extremely painful and barely draining !!! Instead of a large whole draining there are tons of tiny holes/blisters that aren’t really draining. I’m so so scared it will need to be lanced. It’s extremely painful. :( I hate this disease !!!!!

Any ideas what is happening ?
