Hello All,
My puppy has just gone through a knee surgery, today is the third day post surgery. I have been having a hard time getting her to settle and not move, even in her crate she tries to stand on her hind legs (her surgery is on her left hind leg) or keep stretching and moving around.
Her crate has sufficient space for her to lie down, stretch and move about a little. Her potty pad is included inside as we tried to take her on short potty breaks as adviced by the vet (5 mins, twice a day) but she starts trying to jump and all so we've decided to not let her walk until she gets a couple more days of rest.
However, we noticed that the bandaid covering her stitch looks a little like her wound is bleeding. Is this normal or is this a concern and I should rush her to the vet?
