Hey everyone! Really anxious to-be ftm here. I’m 23 weeks and worried about everything in pregnancy. I’ve always been a worrier but this seems to be on another level altogether 🫠

I am working with a therapist and something that has always helped me in the past is turning my anxiety into action. I haven’t done much in terms of buying things or prepping for birth (lots of anxiety about doing everything and then having something bad happen).

Is there a to-do list of things to do between now and birth that you’ve used and found helpful? Usually I would create one from research but feeling really overwhelmed right now :(
