I sold tickets and 7 days would have been today but I received no payment.

My payment is set to go to my debit card, not a bank account. When I login it says I need to verify my payout account. However, their own website says you don’t have to verify debit cards and I have no verify buttons even when I use a computer and not my phone.

I did call yesterday and while they clarified I don’t have to verify debit cards my account still says payment on hold and I must verify.

Has anyone been through this? What do I need to do?
