Just wondering, has anyone ever looked at how the long range financial plan accurately predicts future spending, even one year out? I always felt like the assumptions baked into the plan weren't vetted robustly enough every year and there's a possibility that the current plan is too loose
I worked in central finance at ST for a number of years, mostly with the long range financial plan and debt portfolio, and I'm just wondering if anyone has questions I can try to answer. I see a lot of misconceptions and misinformation and feel like I can offer an insider perspective on things.
