Curious as to what others think should be the max number of pitches you'd let a kid throw in a half-inning. My kid just had a 13U game where in the first inning the opposing pitcher threw 60+ pitches, walked about 12, and eventually pulled himself . To me, the coach should have stepped in way way way earlier.
