RTO Agent(Nitin) scam in Nashik.
I just got to know this, parents didn't let me know, basically this dude from justdial, posed as an rto agent, for a vehicle re registration and registration transfer (Second hand). he took money and didn't provide receipts, and kept asking for different reasons, which seemed legit. Due to a communication issue, They were lead to believe that hes a legit person. But yesterday, he has demanded more money saying the valuation of car is more and all, during which I got to know that this is all happened. We have filed a cyber crime case, and reported to police and all, idk what else to do at this point in time. we are now contacting the bank and discussing.
The person is Nitin RTO agent nashik - 7991690381 in True Caller as well as justdial, the first search result in google if you search rto agent nashik nitin.
is there anything we can do now? transfers were made via imps.
