Current midlevel. With the private credit “crisis” happening in the background, seems like work has dried up at our firm (v30). Thinking about potentially lateraling to a shop with more stable deal flow but want to gauge if others are also slow currently.

Serious question — obviously you have to check it (substance, grammar, defined terms, etc.) but when you get comments isn’t it way faster and more efficient to have Legora or Harvey just figure it out for you?

Speaking from transactional/corporate perspective btw.
