Hey everyone,

I’ll keep it straight — I’m a college dropout, been freelancing in performance marketing for about a year now. Worked with a handful of clients, ran campaigns, figured out what works and what doesn’t the hard way.
Now I’m at a point where freelancing alone feels like a ceiling. I want to build an actual agency — not just take more clients solo, but build a proper team with people who are as serious about this as I am.
Here’s what I’m looking for:

1. A leads/sales guy — Someone who’s good at outreach, can get conversations going, and knows how to close or at least qualify. Doesn’t need to be a performance marketer, just needs to be hungry and sharp.
2. Another performance marketer — Someone who runs Meta, Google, or any paid ads and knows their numbers. We can split work, learn from each other, and scale faster together.
   The idea is simple — we pool our skills, share clients, build systems, and grow this into something bigger than what any of us can do alone.

Not looking for employees. Looking for partners — people who want skin in the game.
