Roblox is asking me to make a ticket with the previous billing address that i had in my roblox acc, i have access to the gmail linked to my roblox but theyre asking me to use the old billing account as proof of ownership in order to escalate the ticket and send me to a real support agent, is there anyway to get let a human review my problem, or a way to change the email theyre asking for
support.
