I've been co-ordinating IT projects over 6 years now for over 6 years now. My work includes writing functional requirements and system requirements for IT solutions that a government seeks, the FRS is translated into an RFP, which is floated to hire an SI (System integrator) & then I play email games to manage progress. I am not growing in my role and hikes are also below average. I have been in big4 - 29M - 13 LPA - Bengaluru. It's a sad state here. Seeking an exit plan with outcomes leading to better skills by JAN 2027.
