ORC request treatment time

Hello fellow travelers! Quick question. My LHG flights were canceled and I was rerouted through a non-Star Alliance member airline. I used the contact form to request the original route credit for this journey. It’s been over two months now with no response. Is this normal?

Has anyone actually managed to get a response from the uptrip support team lately? I’ve been trying to resolve some issues for over a month now and have sent multiple emails without receiving so much as a "we’re looking into it." Not even one response.

I’m a frequent LHG traveler and I'm currently stuck with several boarding passes that the app just won't accept.

They’re all valid under the terms and conditions, but I clearly need a manual override from their team to get them processed. Does anyone know if there’s a better way to reach them or if there's a workaround that doesn't involve waiting indefinitely for a reply?

I’d love to know if anyone else has actually had success getting through to a real person.
