I'm looking to sublet my furnished private room from 1st May to 31st Aug (exact dates flexible).

The house is located on 4800 7th St NW DC, right by Sherman Circle. The house is sun filled with skylights, beautiful outdoor spaces and sunset views. It comes with 2 other housemates (both womxn), and two adorable cats, Iccarus and Otto.

My beautiful room comes with a full bed, closet, table with monitor + laptop stand, office chair. It also has a private full bath. You're welcome to use the shared area which includes: living area, kitchen, dining table/chairs, and a powder room (which is cute name for half bath). The room is on 2nd floor, and the shared area on 1st floor.
