most of it is repeating the same idea across segments, flows, A/B tests. You end up rewriting the same message again and again and again with small changes in tone or wording
i’ve been trying to move this into a more structured AI setup instead of using chatgpt randomly
i’ve been reading a bunch of AI subs on reddit, trying to gather useful info, and came across an interesting comparison table, that breaks tools into assistants vs workflows vs automation, that’s what made me try nexos .ai
right now using it like this:
- reusable prompt templates for different email types (campaign, lifecycle, promo)
- multi-step generation flow: draft , tone adjustment , shortening , subject line generation
- keeping context inside the workflow to avoid re-pasting inputs
- regenerating outputs when content doesn’t fit (iterating on drafts quickly)
also looking into connecting AI tools via MCP to handle things like writing drafts, repurposing content, or analyzing campaigns
compared to chatgpt it feels more stable and repeatable, less copy paste and less bullshit
