Hi, we're considering buying a house in Buhay na Tubig (BNT) specifically in Barcelona 4, for our small family of 3.

Besides sa good location niya na accessible ang markets, mall, food restos & highways going to Metro Manila, prone to flooding po ba dito or di naman po? Any school recommendations for a toddler (preschool until mag highschool) in this area oor nearby? Still a good decision to move here po? Is it really one of the best barangays in Imus?

It's our first time kasi to buy a house and in a different location. We're originally from Metro Manila. Dito kasi yung afford namin na magkaroon ng sariling bahay. Gusto namin bumukod pero nakakavisit parin sa relatives sa Metro Manila. Husband works in southern Metro Manila area din.

Hello, anyone from Camella Homes Barcelona Ph 4 (Buhay na Tubig) here or living around / near this area? My husband kasi is thinking of buying a pasalo house there and I'm not sure if its a good decision. Though pasok sa budget yung tinitignan niya and currently may umuupa sa house so nacocover na din kahit papano yung monthly ammortization sa pagibig.

Prone to flooding po ba ang area? Any water, electricity, internet and HOA issues? Maayos naman po ba ang community?

Navisit namin kahapon yung area, though di ko lang masyado nagustuhan yung vibes pagpasok ng Camella Barcelona (I think this is Ph 1 and Ph 2), pagdating sa Ph 4 parang okay naman kasi may guard sa guardhouse and mukhang mas tahimik yung area compared sa mga nadaanan naming phases. Di pa naman kami in a hurry na lumipat, a future house we can move in lang just in case umalis na yung umuupa.

We are from both from Metro Manila kaya wala po masyadong idea living around Cavite. All I know is accessible to transportation and maraming establishments around barangay Buhay na Tubig sa Imus.
