Hello. There's this condo unit that I've been eyeing sa VDM 2 and since 3 months ko lang sya need i-rent plus it's near PGH, do you think it's worth it? I've read a lot of reviews about the building itself (elevators, insects, etc.,) which are crucial considerations I'm having second thoughts na. What's their status kaya nowadays? Also, if not in VDM 2, can you drop some recos that are better? Just along Taft Ave., near PGH.
