Where do i got advertise fir a summer sublet for ubc? I posted on facebook but im waiting for “approval” which is taking over a week now.

i got a yr round offer but for a residence that was one of my last choices. Im kind of confused on how i got it first tho bc i was in the waitlist for another residence in 200th place and the one i got i was like 280th. Im wondering if i decline this residence i got a spot for, am i still in the waitlist for the other places that i had a waitlist number in or now i just dont have a year round residence period? Like did i wait for 2 years for nothing if i decline this initia offer? They arent answering my email and i have to respond in like 2 days now someone help 🥲.

my current avg is a 69.4 rn and i still havent gotten back 158, apsc 101 and nurs180. For 158 im expecting a fail or low 50’s and 101 maybe mid 70’s, and nursing 180 mid 90’s. My first choice is CHBE, how decent are my chances? Alot of people say CHBE has alot of seats but im shitting myself rn bc i don’t really have any interest in any other discipline and my avg is ass rn.
