Need help to jump dimension.

I don’t know if this is the right place to talk about this or not, but my life has been deeply affected by the death of someone. Since they passed away, things have only been getting worse. Nothing is getting better, and it feels like things will only keep getting worse in the future. I’ve been trying things like dimension jumping and revision for a long time, but I’m not getting any results. I only have two options: either they come back, or I don’t want to exist anymore. I really need help to somehow revise their death. I’m honestly ready to do anything.

Fotamecus?

What is fotamecus? Is time travel experience only or is it real in actual reality too? I mean, can I go back in time and change something?

And if I want to do time travel in desired reality (which we call shifting), for example: I want to go back to a specific date when my result came out and I got low marks — can I go back into a reality where I scored higher and get admission somewhere better?

Or would I have to go back to the exam time itself so I can take the papers differently?
