I've been dealing with histamine intolerance for about a year.
I'm taking DAO before meals, have taken L glutamine for gut health (didnt notice a big difference), drink nettle daily, take quercetin, take vitamin C, take bifido probiotics.
I'm finding nothing is getting me out of this months-long flare.
I wanted to maybe try lactoferrin, but I was wondering what other folks are doing and if anything gut-related has really made a difference.
I'm also working with a naturopath, doing nervous system regulation and reducing my busy schedule. I know food/supplementation isn't the only piece here.
