New here: what’s your most annoying AI meeting feature in hybrid calls?

I’m new here, but I’ve been attending a lot of hybrid and remote meetings lately. My biggest frustration with AI meeting features is that they look great in demos, but feel very unnatural during real discussions. I struggle to follow the flow of the conversation because the AI keeps switching to individual speaker close-ups instead of capturing the group dynamic naturally.

What’s your biggest pet peeve with AI in meetings right now? I’m also curious about which meeting devices actually work well in real life. Any recommendations?

I'm curious about real-world experiences with AI-driven meeting features in medium-sized meeting rooms (4-8 people), such as Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, speaker tracking, IntelliFrame, and auto-framing.

For those who use these systems regularly, I have a couple of questions:

  1. Which AI features work well for you in actual meetings?
  2. Are there any features you dislike or tend to turn off?

From my experience, we initially used speaker tracking frequently, but over time, we found ourselves turning it off more often than expected. In many meetings, preset camera views felt more natural and less distracting.

I'm curious if others have also reverted to preset or group views, or if there are big fans of AI camera features out there! 😆
