I got approached by my college tutor a few days ago, where they have stated that due to my attendance there is a high chance of me not being able to come back next year, however all the reasons I have been off have either been due to medical appointments or medical incidents which have restricted me from attending, the college has been aware of it each time.

Is this even legal? As all the absences have been due to medical reasons, are there any ways for me to fight this? Any advice would be great
