I get that the lower limit can be 0 where no one shares the same interest
But the maxm number of people who shared the same interest shouldnt be 80?
80 because 425x0.19 =80.75 rounding to 80 people
I remember the way to maximise for three when none is not given as a condition is to take 3 at a time
80 comes as the answer in that way too
If theres a logic for 425 pls explain
