Does tcl c745 hace local dimming? i have seen youtube video where the person with same tv has setting of "local contrast" where else it does not show on my setting.

What should the ideal ask price for series x disc version without box with 2 controller. one controller is fixed for stick drift. date of mfg is 2023 but bought in 2024. console is generally scratch free besides one or two that were prob made by toddler in house.
