Second Sourdough Loaf , I grabbed a recipe off of here and went for it and I think it looks pretty good !

I learned all about Hydration levels from my first post a few days ago , Thanks for all the comments and help ! This loaf was much easier to handle.

How does my crumb look ? I’m not sure if it looks fine or if there is room for improvement.
Is it too burned on the top ?

First Loaf , Any Advice ?

First loaf ! I’m surprised my sticky mess turned into a actual loaf. I almost gave up and threw it out a couple times 😅

My starter is 3 weeks old !

360g of white bread flour
100g starter
296g water
12g salt

Mixed it , and did a stretch and fold every 30 minutes , 4 times.
Let it bulk rise from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm (This part was confusing, I had no idea what it should look like)

Lots of flour to get it to shape. And cold proofed in the fridge until 9 am the next day.

Preheated oven with Dutch oven inside for 30-40 minutes.
Baked it in my Dutch oven for 20 minutes at 450 and 25 minutes without a lid at 425.

Any advice ??? Definitely want to try a different recipe next time.
