Hi everyone! My friend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Jersey City/Hoboken with a move-in date around July 1st.

About us:
– Two female working professionals in our 20s
– Clean, responsible, and easygoing
– Working in/commuting to Manhattan, so ideally looking for somewhere close to the PATH

What we’re looking for:
📍 Jersey City or Hoboken (close to PATH)
🏠 2 bedroom apartment
📅 Move-in by July 1st
💰 Budget: ideally under $3300/month
📝 Open to either taking over an existing lease or signing a new one, also open to a 3BR if someone is looking for 2 roommates
