Help naman. I need tips po relating to renting a condo. I am about to enter an agreement na po with the broker and owner.
Within this month, I will be visiting ang office ni broker to sign the contract and make the initial payments (security deposit and advanced rental payments).
Navisit ko na ang unit and ok naman na sya sa akin.
Wala lang akong idea ano pa ang dapat kong i-consider, especially to ensure na hindi ako mabudol. Yung initial payments ko kasi is via fund transfer din na gagawin ko on the day of signing.
Wala pa akong draft ng lease contract pero ibibigay daw soon and before ng signing and payment day.
Ano pa kaya ang need ko i-consider or need kong hingin sa broker/owner?
Please give me tips.
